Operation procedures of cement mixer truck

1. Before the mixer truck starts working, first check whether there is enough clean hydraulic oil in the oil tank, hydraulic pump, and motor, whether the water tank is filled with water, and whether there is enough lubricating oil in each lubricating part.
2. Start the car engine and run it for a while, and fill the air tank with air.
3. Put the handle of the oil pump servo valve in the center position, and the mixing drum is in a static state at this time.
4. After everything is normal, operate the handle to make the mixing drum rotate forward and reverse 2~3 times at low speed, and check whether the hydraulic transmission system is normal.
5. Drive the car under the feeding funnel of the mixing station, and align the feeding hopper of the car with the discharge funnel of the mixing station to prevent the concrete from flowing outside the car and causing waste and polluting the car body.
6. Operate the handle to make the mixing drum rotate forward at 10~12r/min, and then you can feed the mixing drum.
7. When the material is loaded to the nominal stirring capacity, operate the handle to adjust the engine speed to 1800r/min, so that the stirring speed of the mixing drum is 1~3r/min, and the engine speed is the minimum. Then lock the handle in the cab and drive the vehicle to the delivery location. The maximum time allowed from the start of feeding to the end of unloading is 1.5 hours or 300 rotations of the mixing drum (whichever is shorter).
8. When the vehicle is fully loaded uphill, the mixing drum rotation speed should be appropriately accelerated.
9. After the vehicle arrives at the delivery location, turn the unloading chute and the extended chute to the position where the material needs to be unloaded.
10. Before operating the handles on both sides of the rear of the vehicle, the cab operating positioning locking plate should be unlocked to realize the forward and reverse operation of the rear of the mixing drum. Then unload according to the speed required by the construction site.
11. After each unloading, the feed hopper, the inside and outside of the mixing drum, the discharge chute, etc. must be cleaned to prevent concrete from solidifying on the above parts.
12. Mixing concrete
a. First inject half of the total water volume;
b. Feed half of the coarse aggregate, half of the sand, and all the cement into the mixing drum in sequence, and then feed the remaining half of the sand;
c. Finally, feed the remaining half of the coarse aggregate;
d. Mixing drum speed and mixing time
The speed of the mixing drum during feeding: 12~14r/min;
The speed of the mixing drum during mixing: 10~12r/min;
Mixing time: 3~4min
Transport speed: 3~4r/min;
e. Add half of the water to the construction site and stir quickly for 1~2min. (Note: When mixing concrete, do not only feed cement; the stirring and discharging methods after mixing are the same as above.)
