The role of construction machinery
Construction machinery plays a vital role in engineering construction and urban and rural construction. They are the general term for mechanical equipment used in engineering construction and urban and rural construction, and are usually called "construction machinery" or "construction machinery". Construction machinery includes many types, such as excavators, earth-moving machinery, compaction machinery, engineering lifting machinery, pile-driving machinery, road machinery, concrete machinery, concrete products machinery, steel and prestressed machinery, decoration machinery and aerial work machinery.
The main components of construction machinery include power units, transmission devices and working devices. The power unit is the power source of construction machinery, such as an electric motor or an internal combustion engine, and is the core part of any machine. The transmission device is used to transmit motion and power, and can change the form and direction of motion. The working device is a component that directly completes the production task, such as the drum of a winch or the hook of a crane.
Different types of construction machinery have different application scenarios and advantages in construction. Mechanical transmission is characterized by high efficiency, simple manufacturing and convenient maintenance, but it is relatively cumbersome to operate and has a large dynamic load. Hydraulic mechanical transmission can automatically adjust the vehicle speed and traction according to the external resistance. It is easy to operate and has high working efficiency, but the transmission efficiency is low. Full hydraulic transmission is driven by a hydraulic motor, which has the advantages of low fuel consumption and flexible operation. Electric transmission is driven by an electric motor, which has a simple structure and reliable operation. It is suitable for operations that do not pollute the environment, but is limited by electricity and cables and has a narrow scope of use.
